BOAT RACE Heiwajima | Types of betting tickets

There are seven types of betting tickets. You can buy any ticket from as little as 100 yen.
The following example illustrates winning combinations where boats No. 4 (blue), No. 3 (red), and No. 6 (green) finish in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, respectively.

3連単 / Trifecta	Pick the exact three boats that finish first, second, and third in order.	1/120
3連複 / Trio	Pick the three boats that finish within the first three places.	1/20
拡連複 / Quinella-Place	Pick any combination of two of the top three winners.	3/15

開催場 / Stadium … Fill in the race Stadium where the race is being held at.
式別 / Bet Type … Fill in the type of bet you wish to make.
レース / Race No. … Fill in the race number to bet on.
1着・2着・3着 / 1st, 2nd, 3rd … For Trifecta or Trio bets, fill in the boat numbers up to third place. For Exacta or Quinella bets, fill in the boat numbers up to second place.
金額 / Bet … Fill in the amount of your bet. To specify a number like 15, fill in 10 and 5.
単位 / Units … You can specify 100, 1,000, and 10,000 yen.
取消 / Cancel … If you make a mistake, you can cancel that line by filling in this slot. Any bets on that line will not be purchased.

Key (Look for these characters: ながし)

A Key bet (ながし) is a multiple bet using the first-placing boat, or both the first and second-placing boats.

Box (Look for these characters: ボックス）

A Box bet (ボックス) is a multiple bet on all possible combinations of other selected boats.
In a Trifecta bet, marking three boats bets six ways.

* Key bets (ながし) and Box bets (ボックス) can not be placed at the same time.
